Zoning – What is it and how do I get around this bureaucratic hurdle?
One of the most common challenges clients face is zoning. Zoning ordinances generally establish the parameters within which land can be developed. These laws outline what uses are allowed in specific areas and determine the size, shape and placement of site improvements. Zoning ordinances are generally written by urban planners who have a design vision for the community.

Fees – How much is this project going to set me back?
Each situation is unique, and the overall cost will vary based on the type of service a client selects, the complexity of the project and the time frame required. Our proposal will assess these variables and include estimated time frames and fees.
